Apologies for the late reply. In the Bannerlord Online launcher, click on your name "Kyle Kai" and disable the beta. Also make sure your game is updated to the latest version to avoid a other error.

Doesn't sound like a bug, based on this bring an isolated case. I would recommend verifying the game files through Steam or Epic Games Store.

The idea as it currently stands is for clans to be able to obtain a passive income by controlling a castle or workshop and having a companion generate money in some way. However sieges and workshops are not implemented yet with no eta.
